01 Introduction
Switzerland and the United Kingdom are renowned for their high-quality education standards, especially in the field of business administration. MBA programs in Switzerland offer a unique blend of global business insights and local European market intricacies, set against the backdrop of the country's stunning landscapes and multicultural cities. These programs are designed to cater to the needs of aspiring business leaders, providing them with the skills needed to excel in the global business environment. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and leadership, Swiss MBA programs integrate practical learning experiences, industry connections, and academic excellence to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
The UK, on the other hand, is home to some of the world's oldest and most prestigious universities, offering MBA programs accredited by the OTHM, a UK-based Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) and recognized internationally. OTHM qualifications pave the way for learners to gain essential managerial skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the practical knowledge necessary to advance their careers in the competitive global market. 02 Program Details
The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Dissertation, totalling 180 UK Credits over a minimum duration of 1.5 years.
Mandatory modules:
- Contemporary Issues in Education: Theory, Policy and Practice (20 UK Credits)
- The Management of Educational Change (20 UK Credits)
- Managing Effective Intercultural Communication and Perspectives (20 UK Credits)
- Pedagogy and Practice in Education (20 UK Credits)
- Leading Reflective Practice in Education (20 UK Credits)
- Research Methods in Education (20 UK Credits)
After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.

04 Admission
In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.
Entry requirements
To enroll the program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Majors from accredited universities; or
- A Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue degrees and have been accredited.
English requirements
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent
- Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent

05 Learning method
SIMI programs offer a Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries. This enables students to achieve qualifications equivalent to those of full-time international students without the need to live in or attend on-site activities. The Broadcast classes with SIMI’s Lecturers on scheduled days are perfect for those with busy work lives or limited time during the week.

06 Awarded Qualifications
Due to the increasing difficulties in obtaining tuition fee subsidies from SIMI, which are also facing quota limitations, the arrangement between these entities will assist learners in accessing Swiss Made education. This allows students to earn degrees from Spain and France, benefiting from the best of both educational systems:

Certifications & Apostilles is the process by which The Cantonal Chancellery certifies original public documents of the Canton of Zug (where SIMI Swiss is authorized and licensed), thus validating them for use abroad. The process solely verifies the authenticity of the diploma, confirming its origin from the Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation, and ensures the genuine signature of the chancellor/dean.
