MI Swiss is the International Cooperation Institute of SIMI Swiss, formed with the goal of helping students have more opportunities to participate in Swiss programs in the context that SIMI Swiss's tuition subsidy programs have reached their maximum quota. With the support of partner universities and program organization from SIMI Swiss, MI Swiss students will participate in direct study with SIMI Swiss and receive qualifications from partner universities.
With the orientation of becoming Switzerland's leading undergraduate and postgraduate education institution following the Live Class model, SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss develop the Learning Model with the following details:
- For international students in countries without SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss campuses or without scientific partners: Students study 100% in the Live Class model with 100% SIMI Swiss instructors.
- For students in countries with supporting scientific partners: Students study Live Classes combined with knowledge-supplementing classes and local tutoring activities.
- For students studying at SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss Campuses located in other countries, they study according to the traditional training model (face to face).
Regarding the activities of local support partners, these partners only deploy academic support activities, supporting students' learning process with SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss without interfering with the final results of the course and graduation results. Only SIMI Swiss, MI Swiss and partner universities (with joint qualification programs) are responsible for academic and graduation decisions.
03 SIMI Swiss Campus
In order to support the development strategy and for the Live Class training model to be implemented, SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss have invested in many offices, e-campuses, and campuses in Switzerland and many countries. The goal of forming and subdividing offices into multiple locations is to ensure academic support activities as well as deploy training closer and closer to learners.
During the implementation of the program, whether it is a Hybrid, full-time or online model, SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss can rent, cooperate, transfer or franchise the use of facilities to serve their operations. It is important for students and other parties to understand that the facilities, libraries, online and campus systems, e-campus, and city campus that SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss are using may not wholly owned by SIMI and MI Swiss, or may be shared or wholly owned by the government. Understanding this, students need to have correct awareness when visiting and using.

SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss do not commit that students studying at the SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss campus can use all available facilities and/or study on the large campus, or the entire campus that SIMI Swiss and MI Swiss located. Students studying full-time at SIMI and MI Swiss campuses need to consult and share information clearly with relatives and friends to avoid misunderstandings or unclear information. SIMI and MI Swiss also look forward to the cooperation of students, parents, and relatives in an excellent learning experience, which SIMI and MI Swiss aim for and hope to achieve.
05 Graduation Ceremony
With the Hybrid training model, SIMI and MI Swiss attract students from many countries and territories.
In fact, students graduating with Hybrid or online programs often face difficulties in obtaining entry visas (to Europe) as well as increasingly tightened security in the context of epidemics, crises and wars, some graduation ceremonies were held with an unexpected number of students, leading to great damage to reputation for both students, guests from the government and SIMI Swiss.
In this context, SIMI and MI Swiss decided not to hold graduation ceremonies in Switzerland every year from 2023 for online and hybrid students. Instead, SIMI and MI Swiss will organize regional graduation ceremonies for graduates. In this case, SIMI and MI Swiss will coordinate with local partners and send representatives to distribute diplomas.
