MI Swiss is the entity established with the license from Zug Canton, Legal License No. CHE-258.08.017. MI Swiss has the right to offer higher education programs from Bachelor to Doctorate and issue Private Degrees as per Swiss Law.
Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities
As an International Cooperation Institute of SIMI Swiss, MI Swiss also owns and is controlled by SIMI Swiss accreditation standards including ASIC (Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges, and Universities). ASIC is an independent accreditation organization of the UK government and is present in more than 70 countries. ASIC is also a member of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), a member of the BQF (British Quality Foundation), a member of the International Schools Association (ISA) and EDEN (European Distance and E-Learning Network).

SVEB – Swiss Federation for Adult Learning (Schweizerischer Verband für Weiterbildung) is a Federal organization for training for working people and also a policy-making organization with a model of adult learning and lifelong learning.

HEAD is the independent accreditation organization of Germany. Achieving accreditation by HEAD serves as evidence that the quality standards of MI Swiss are compatible with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, the European Quality Assurance Framework for Vocational Education and Training, and the ISO quality standards specifically for educational institutions ISO 21001.

This standard is also compatible and meets the European Quality Assurance Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) standards and the European education quality assurance system Quality Assurance in the Higher Education Area Requirements (EGS).
